Eiscafe Venezia in Kriftel

Nice cafe, especially outside there is always something going on!

I have loved a certain sundae since I was a teenager and in Venezia I finally found that delicious aroma of this ice cream delight. Just wonderful!

Service friendly. Coffee tastes good. But these days, other things are also very important: the corona protection is virtually non-existent and is completely ignored. Much too narrow. No contact list. The waitresses don't wear a mask at all ... It's a shame, that doesn't make you feel good despite the really nice location. What a shame ...

Corona is also welcome here. No rules are observed. Nothing will disinfect, the waitresses will not wear a face mask and the customer will even be touched. Why doesn't the health department and the city of Kriftel do anything about it and let everything go like this.

The best ice cream

Not recommendable. The ice cream is mediocre and the iced coffee was flaky and not tasty. The Eindiele has the flair of a pub. The service was very inattentive and obviously drunk, the dishes at the tables was not cleared, the tables dirty. Ice cream and warm sausage do not suit us either. Inside it is dark and gloomy and the tables / chairs outside are made of cheap plastic. We took a look behind the counter. It looked anything but hygienic. Despite great weather and sunshine only 1-2 tables were occupied. That says it all. Too bad, an ice cream parlor with good ice cream and friendly service would certainly work fine in Kriftel.

Very good and wide selection of different ice creams. Also, the selection of cakes is very good and they taste good. Thanks to the super nice team

We haven't been served so nicely and politely in a long time !! The ice cream was very tasty and the prices, for such a portion of ice cream, not expensive. We liked it very much. It's a shame that we have only just discovered that. But maybe we can enjoy it a few more times!

Very rude service. We barely got to sit down and the waitress came to take the order in a rude way. We told her we need a moment. She came back again and asked us in a rude manner if we got it now. Without even waiting for our answer she yelled at us and told us to come inside to order from the counter, because she would not be coming back. Can't say anything about how the ice cream is, because obviously we left after being yelled at. Rudest people ever.

My strawberry ice cream was frozen and without a napkin and too expensive for 6.90. 1 normal ball 1.30 euros too expensive for the quality. Nice service
